Open the Google Photos app: Tap the colored pinwheel icon on your home screen or in your app drawer.

-
Select the shared album: Find and tap on the specific shared album you want to add photos to.
-
Tap "Add Photos": Look for an icon that looks like a photo with a plus sign, or simply a "+ Add photos" button.
-
Select photos/videos: Your device's gallery will appear. Tap on the photos and/or videos you want to add. A blue checkmark will appear on selected items.
-
Tap "Add" or "Done": This will usually be in the upper-right corner of the screen. Your selected photos and videos will now be added to the shared album.
-

On a Computer
-
